Is That a Spinning Rod
Yes. We understand some of you guys struggle with spinning rods, but there’s no need to feel intimidated. It’s not that hard if you just try. Even Dave can do it.
Yesterday’s canal bank adventure was half serious, and I totally failed to drag a single fish out of the water, but Dave managed to score.
I don’t know what the grass is like on the river or Mittry, but none of the places that have grass all summer long on the canal had any. I don’t know if Tad was doing a good job with his backhoe cleaning the canals, or if it’s more likely it’s been cold enough for a couple weeks to kill off the grass.
