Did I Quit Fishing?

Somebody asked me the other day if I quit fishing. They commented that they hadn’t seen me at any tournaments, or seen me post much fishing content on YumaBassMan or on social media. Well I have to ask, does this look like I have quit fishing.

These just arrived today,

… and I am getting ready to order some bulk spools of Beyond Braid 8X. Oh, yeah for those who have been waiting… Its nearly as good (99%) as MaxCuatra and a fraction of the price. As long as the quality stays the same I will not be going back to MaxCuatro other than to use up the line I already have. I’ve had a couple spinning reels spooled up with it so long its starting to show twist even for braid. The 8X from Beyond braid is good stuff, and it’s unbelievably good for the price.

I’ve just been really busy taking care of family stuff and business stuff. Since I quit fishing tournaments (maybe not completely or forever) my attitude towards fishing has improved a thousand percent. I enjoy my time on the water a lot more.
