yeah i got it from shore using a crawdad style crankbait. tossed back in the tunnel and bam. the scale we had brought it in as 7.2lbs my friend i go with caught about a 4lbs large mouth same spot about a month ago

nice bass there. like the way you take the pictures also. hands in front of chest instead of straight out in front to make it look bigger. gives truer size to it. good going.

Let's see... was that the east tunnel or the west one, and did you toss you crawdad lure on the upstream end or the downstream end? Did you toss your line closer to the north wall of the tunnel or the south wall? I mean hey, I want to catch that same fish! )))gab :D
A day on the river just drifting and pitching, canoe style... could there be a better way.

Biggest Bass - How I Caught It: 24" bass, caught near the Laguna Dam one afternoon in Spring. Didn't have a weight scale, but it was around 9-10 pounds. Caught it on a spinning rod and reel, with a Panther Martin swim bait.

Please give me a map, exact GPS coordinates, aerial photos, water temperature, underwater camera and sonar readings of that spot.

the first part of the gila gravity is going east on hwy 95 right before you get to fortuna road there is a canal bam there you are. it comes from the north a ways. but thats the closest part.

ya pretty much but you cant follow up river it will lead you to a bunch of trees. that i know of. but i fish there often. let me know when your gonna go fish the bank over there and we will met up somewhere.
